   Sports For All :

   To remain as one of the top 5 most popular sports in Singapore and the most
   popular racket sport.

   To increase the number of participants by at least 30,000 by 2005.

   Sports Industry :

   To be one of the leading international badminton hubs (event hub, expertise hub and operational hub)
